Family Exp is a B2B workshop<\/strong> dedicated to family travel (holidays for families and children), created to connect Italian tour operators specializing in family holidays with buyers and international operators interested in seeking new business partnerships in the Italian market.<\/p>\n

Target:<\/strong> Hotels, Family Hotels, Tourist Villages, Camping, Residence, DMC, Tour Operators, Incoming Operators, Experience Providers, etc.<\/p>\n

To avoid the problem of travel and encourage Buyers and Sellers to participate, the Workshop will be held online, with meetings between operators via video conference, organized with a pre-established appointment schedule.<\/p>\n

Italy, in terms of cultural heritage, territorial diversity, and quality of hospitality, has enormous potential in family travel, which is currently fragmented and poorly structured in terms of international trade.<\/p>\n

The project therefore aims to be a qualified digital matching platform, capable of translating Italian excellence into products that can be sold on foreign markets.<\/p>\n

The workshop was born from the growing international demand for:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Organization of the Workshop<\/h3>\n

Family Exp is organized on a digital platform, the event as a whole includes:<\/p>\n

Sellers and Buyers workshop with a set appointment schedule
\nVirtual Exhibition Area with interactive showcase accessible to all web visitors of the event
\nAppointment schedule to schedule meetings at the Sellers-Buyers workshp
\nPossibility of fixing a recall after 10 days from the Workshop<\/p>\n

The Workshop between Buyers and Sellers is organized with pre-arranged appointments, interviews between operators are carried out via videoconference. A maximum of 20 appointments can be scheduled in a day, each appointment lasts 20 minutes.<\/p>\n

The Workshop time, to accommodate the different needs of the time zones, was agreed from 10:00 to 22:00.<\/p>\n
